Palm Central Private Residences
Palm Central Private Residences is the first apartment-led residential development launched at Palm Jebel Ali. Positioned on the western side of the island, the project introduces beachfront apartments and townhouses with open-water views, private beach access and a range of resort-style amenities.
The development is being released in phases, with residences ranging from one-bedroom apartments through to larger family homes and townhouses. Prices have launched from AED 2.7 million, while current completion schedules extend to September 2030.

The Beach Collection
The Beach Collection is a series of five- and six-bedroom beachfront villas located across Palm Jebel Ali’s residential fronds. It is the smaller of Nakheel’s two principal villa collections and includes a range of architectural styles designed specifically for the island’s waterfront setting.
The collection has been developed in collaboration with international architecture and design firms including WATG, SAOTA, Whitespace Architects, NAGA Architects, LOCI and LW Design Group. Earlier releases launched from approximately AED 18.6 million, with subsequent frond releases introduced at higher prices.

The Coral Collection comprises the larger beachfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali, with six- and seven-bedroom homes positioned across the residential fronds. Compared with the Beach Collection, Coral villas offer substantially larger internal areas, plots and overall residential scale.
Homes within the collection generally extend to around 11,300–12,500 sq ft and are available across a range of architectural designs. Earlier releases launched from approximately AED 32 million, with pricing varying between fronds, designs and release phases.
